THE STORY

Chef/Owner - Kobi Watson was Seventeen when Kobi Jack's was conceived. Having been cooking from a young age, working in restaurants and cafes across the peninsula. His dream was to one day open a restaurant and to create a space in which he can cook the food he loves; classic Italian cuisine.  

Kobi Jack's first opened in February 2017. 

The menu; heavily features all homemade fresh pasta, filled pastas such as ravioli and traditional Neapolitan pizza cooked at over 450ºC in a wood-fired oven. Our menu changes regularly as it's based on the seasonality of local ingredients. 

Kobi says that "Food is a able to connect with people. Food is powerful medium; it effects people socially and emotionally. Nothing beats the feeling and atmosphere of having a restaurant full of people enjoying food and wine with there family and friends."
